You can "vote" on what's most important to you. Description: Clean Cars Minnesota is a proposal to adopt two separate clean car standards to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other harmful air pollution from vehicles in our state. MPCA is leading a 15-month process to listen to Minnesotans to ensure voices throughout the state are heard. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is considering adopting rules that require vehicle manufacturers to deliver passenger vehicles to the Minnesota market that produce lower emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) and other air pollutants.
