Unfortunately there's not much you can do except be patient and wait. Tesla has been negatively affected by the supply chain problems and various COVID-19 manufacturing shutdowns, similar to (or even more-so) like many other auto manufacturers. This forum is for and by local Tesla owners, does not host any official company representatives. At least I have never seen any Tesla employees post or reply here.
