Sounds like avg joe not going be able to bleed brakes without special computer tool (software) to run abs pump. I am not saying he is wrong but a 90% flush of DOT3 should be .. okay. Have you checked the water content? Do you need the flush? Go drive a while and do some more flushing?! I just don't know.
